Dear Glimmerville City Authorities
I am writing might the City Council of Glimmerville to join Sparkeville's effects to regenerate balance back in our marine ecosystem. The location Council of Sparkeville is usually asking that Glimmerville support an strategy (which will be outline later in this letter) that will cope with the more than population from the " Grass Carp” which has invaded each of our water techniques.
As the location Council of Glimmerville is usually well aware each of our ecosystem has been unbalance for a while due to the intrusion of the " grass carp fish” that was launched in our aquatic ecosystem to deal with and equilibrium our the biotic (living) and the abiotic ( non-living ) elements of the ecosystem back to an equilibrium state.
As the " Turf Carp” was intended to help control the overpopulating regarding the marine plants, not only did the " Lawn Carp” do just that but when the overgrowth in the plants was taken care of the fish started to clean the entire ponds of all aquatic plants, once all plant life was gone they managed to move on to consume this particular ways detritus alone with animal subject.
In accordance to a report through the Environment and Energy (E& E) Committee, the " Grass Carp” has been from the increase in polluting of the environment and the lowering of oxygen due to the nourishing method and behavior as well as the removal of the prominent plants that once dominated our water techniques. The elimination of these plant life is the immediate cause for the other seafood which be based upon the aquatic vegetation included in the cycle of life to fade from our water ways.
