Just like the apostle Paul who reported at the end of his ministry that he previously did his utmost in everything that our creator had tasked him to complete, I believed that my personal brother-in-Christ Paul Tan was sent on the mission as the general manager of my company throughout the two hardest years of my entire life, which corresponded with the last chapter of my career in managing a publishing business.

Towards the end of Dec 2005, I remember one of my personal directors launching Paul Bronze to me since the new Revenue Director pertaining to our sites division. He was to spearhead the sales team to bring in income for advertising sales in our various directory journals.

My own very first impression of Paul is that of an unassuming and humble man who did not talk big or claim much but instead let his actions and results the actual talking. I had been the Business Director with the company in control of finance and administration, functions and recruiting and I was losing rest over each of our cash flow scenario.

On his first time, Paul shook my hand and just said, " Don't be concerned Edwin, I will bring in the orders, plus the customer's cheques! ”

And he did.

After merely two months, Paul personally brought in the bulk of the sales characters setting the normal for the rest of the team to follow.

I remember being on the closed circuit list of an email that this individual sent to his directories section to buck up or perhaps ship away.

" Honeymoon has ended, ” this individual declared.

Paul as well added, " Do not take my attention as though it can be my weak point. Remember that My spouse and i am kind but I actually am not stupid. Both you get yourself organized or perhaps I will coordinate you. ”
